Natalie Bossi

NATALIE BOSSI A.Mus.A., M.M.T.A.

Natalie Bossi commenced her music studies at the age of four, studying with the Russian professor of music, Mrs. Vera Kott.  She is of Russian background and came to Australia when she was six years of age.  She auditioned and was accepted into the Maria Metaxas Music School, a respected and well known music studio for its very high standards.

Natalie progressed through her AMEB examinations with an average of Honours, completing her A.Mus.A. diploma with distinction. She achieved success in regular Eisteddfod performances and performed each year as a soloist in the annual Metaxas Music Concert at the Conservatorium of Music and the 2UW Theatrette. In 1976, she took part in the Russian Music Festival in San Francisco.

On returning to Australia, Natalie opened her own music studio, Natasha's Piano Studio. Her background of early beginnings with an excellent Russian professor, followed by her many years with Maria Metaxas and the Concert field have given her a high level of performance, discipline and a thorough knowledge and love of music.
Her goal is to pass this on to her students. To encourage them to work hard, while enjoying the special experience of the gift of music.
She establishes a strong bond with each student, by getting to know them as individuals, understanding them and keeping communication open at all times. This has resulted in many years of excellent results, both in AMEB exams and in all personal ambitions of her students.
