Notice is hereby given that the The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held via zoom on Sunday 3rd April, 2022 at 3.00pm.

All are welcome. Every voting member is entitled to appoint a proxy on the form. A person appointed as a proxy need not be a member of the Association. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Association Secretary by 2.00pm on Monday 21st March, 2022.

Under the Articles of Association all eligible voting members and Honorary Life Members shall be entitled to attend and speak at General Meetings and shall be entitled to vote.
